With only 2 weeks away from raceday, I figured I better start taking equipment to the raceway. upon entering the raceway on tuesday, I realized that during the last month of 60 mph wind blowing I now had every tumbleweed from the track to American Falls now stuck on the front stretch debris fence. The wall of tumbleweeds is 15 foot high. These weeds will need to be pulled away from the fence and then burned to avoid damaging the fence and pa system. I am asking for help this weekend either saturday or sunday to get this problem cleaned up, I also need some help in setting up the water transfer pump and getting it started, the wind has also blown down three pit lights that will need repaired. If you would like to help with getting the track ready this weekend please give me a call or text. In exchange for helping I will give you race passes or parking spots thruout the season. Please purchase your memberships of $40 as soon as possible to help with startup fees and avoid the added confusion on raceday. Practice on May 25th will be $20 per car to cover insurance, no other admission required, gates open at 10:00. Concessions will be available from 12:00 to 2:00. P.S. Does anyone know where I can get a 8 inch and 10 inch x 3 inch flange for the water pump.
